Preparatory posture
Stand loosely and naturally with your heels touched together and your big toes shoulder-wide apart from each other. The form of two feet is like V shape. Place the area between your right-palm (for man) thumb and forefinger across that of your left-hand ones and put the crossed palms on your navel place. Move the heel of your right (left) foot to the position of its big toe just in the direction you faces.

The procedures of the exercise:
Step 1:
Walk forward on the place where you stand with the top half of your body kept upright, the major weight of your body fallen on your front leg, the heel of your back leg lifted from the ground a little, your breath inhaled and your perineum raised

Function:
